Customer Service Manager
Rob is responsible for running a 24/7 Customer service department. ( A demanding position) He is right there with his staff 24/7. Not only does he effectively run the customer service department 24/7, he is the go to person for hard to solve technical problems.
With a long work history in restaurants and a survivor of the dotcom bust, BEC was a perfect fit for Rob.

Now working on his fourth year with BEC, Rob started as a Help Desk Technician, move to Project Management where he was responsible for a number of major accounts – including Paradise Bakery, Kona Grill, and Tavern Hospitality Group, just to name a few – he has spent the last year as the Customer Service Manager. With thirteen employees on his team, two kids under three years old and nearly 2000 customers to support, Rob barely has time for his two favorite hobbies – riding his 2003 Harley Davidson Police Road King and writing about fatherhood on his daddy blog www.HowAboutTwo.com.
